NĀMAS Tulum

Stayed at five different locations during our recent Mexico visit. This was the nicest place. Spacious, great outdoor facilities, comfortable seatings/beds and all the mod cons you would need. Really lovely place.

Incredible building, very well styled and incredibly comfortable. Out room was beautiful and equipped with a quality fit out. Note it's not a hotel so they don't replenish toilet paper, towels, clean the room etc.

We wish we could have stayed longer! This hotel exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with infused water and a refreshing face towel, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel is beautifully designed and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, with a private pool that was a wonderful bonus. The bed was perfect, and we had a peaceful, quiet night (once the local musicians finished playing)—a rare find in Tulum. The only downside was the water pressure, which made the bath more decorative than functional, as it would take hours to fill. However, the modern, well-equipped kitchen was a highlight, and we’d definitely have used it daily if we’d stayed longer. The first thing we said upon entering was, "Should we live here for a while?" That says it all!

Our new favorite spot in Tulum! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and so relaxing. The giant pool is lovely with plenty of outdoor seating. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, but close enough to the center of Tulum. Also it's only a 15-20 minute drive from the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge. Plenty of free parking outside of the building (which is common for everywhere in Tulum unless you're at the beach/an attraction). Any issues you can text the host directly on WhatsApp. We are already planning to come back ASAP!

Beautiful rooms (I really mean it). Slightly offset from "Tullum Centro", more quiet neighborhood, close to a nice commercial street with nice restaurants. Not always someone at the reception but that's part of the deal. Tourism in Tullum is way down from what it was : expect something quiet and a lot of vacant spaces. Still, we would come back.

Beautifully fitted out apartments in a great location in Tulum. The workmanship in these units is truly incredible, and so much attention to detail has been given to the fitout. We had an extremely comfortable stay and particularly enjoyed the pool on the balcony as well as the rainforest shower head. It isn't a serviced hotel, but rather private apartments that are managed, so future guests should note that things like toiletries, toilet paper, tea, coffee etc aren't replenished once finished. Also the cutest dog in the lobby who loved scratches!!

Namas was a great hotel, with great staff and a unreal room. The amenities available in the room were unbelievable, with Smeg appliances, glass containers, and even a smoothie machine!! The room has a private plunge pool which was huge comparatively to other plunges we’ve seen. The main swimming pool was beautiful with a nice lounging area around. Location of the hotel is a bit further away from the town, however still only 15 minutes away by drive, and still has lots of shops, restaurants and bars around. The hotel manager was lovely and helpful, along with the rest of the staff, a must visit hotel in Tulum.

Really loved staying here! We rented an apartment which was very spacious and beautiful. The whole place has a great aesthetic vibe. The apartment was fully equipped so you can cook at home and comes with plunge pool which was great for the short dips to cool down. Everything was very comfortable to use and we had a lot of privacy. We stayed off season so it was empty in there which meant we had the pool to ourselves too. The location is far from beach but a street away there’s a whole lots of cool food places to hand out. They have a WA concierge and are connected to other services so you can easily rent a scooter etc if you want to go to the beach. The only downsides were poor WiFi and limited amount of cleaning, towels, toilet paper etc. Overall really loved it and would recommend to others - especially if you don’t want to stay in an overhyped hotel zone. Great value for money.
